NUE Program accepting applications through May 15, 2026
The Nebraska Nitrogen Use Efficiency (NUE) program will pay corn producers $15 acre up to 160 acres when they achieve a nitrogen use efficiency score of 1.0 or less. Apply by contacting your local Natural Resources District or by visiting the NUE Program Application page.
Wastewater Treatment Facility Anaerobic Co-Digestion/Biogas Program
DWEE has issued a notice of funding opportunity for its ONE RED Wastewater Treatment Facility Anaerobic Co-Digestion/Biogas Program. Publicly owned wastewater treatment works can apply for funding to develop or expand anaerobic digestion systems that accept and treat feedstock from agricultural processes.
