Well and Septic Loan Evaluation Program
NOTICE: Due to the recent passage of LB759, the state will no longer provide a Well and Septic Loan Evaluation Program effective July 18, 2026. The agency is not accepting new applications at this time. In Nebraska, inspections of onsite wastewater treatment systems must be completed by a certified professional. A registry of certified onsite inspectors can be found on the Onsite Wastewater Program webpage. For more information on the drinking water testing refer to the useful links below.
