Full Relinquishment of a Surface Water Appropriation (Form SW-91)
When entire appropriation is being relinquished. For irrigation if you do not own all land appurtenant to the appropriation use Form SW-90 above.
Notification of Assignment of a Surface Water Appropriation (Form SW-475)
When there is a change in the appropriator of record and no change in the ownership of the land appurtenant to the appropriation.
