The state has issued a health alert for Harmful Algal Blooms (HABs), also known as toxic blue-green algae, at Maple Creek Recreation Area Lake in Colfax County.
Health alerts have been extended for Maskenthine Reservoir in Stanton County and Rockford Lake in Gage County.
